WALK-IN CLINIC assessments for adults (Mason City):

Evaluations are available on a first come/first served basis on the following days/times:

MONDAY Check in 12:00 PM – 2 sessions
TUESDAY Check in 12:00 PM – 2 sessions
THURSDAY Check in 8:00 AM – 2 sessions
