Shelby has worked with various agencies in the North Iowa community over her 24-year nursing career, including 43 North Iowa (Formerly the North Iowa Transition Center), Wellsource (Formerly the Mental Health Center of North Iowa), Turning Leaf Counseling, and Prairie Ridge Integrated Behavioral Healthcare.

Areas of Interest:

Rural, underserved, and marginalized populations with chronic mental health conditions, trauma, and addiction.
