Mental Health Services

Our mental health clinic offers a diverse range of services to address various mental health needs within the community. These include Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) for intensive, personalized care, specialized gambling addiction programs, and Medication Assisted Therapy (MAT) for substance use disorders. Additionally, we provide outpatient therapy and counseling, comprehensive psychiatry services, the RENEW program focused on youth transitioning to adulthood, and specialized trauma therapy to support recovery from psychological trauma.

Assertive Community Treatment

Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) is an evidence-based model of treatment for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness for whom traditional approaches have been ineffective.

Gambling Services

Prairie Ridge recognizes that gambling can affect individuals, families, and communities. There is hope and we want to help! Prairie Ridge provides gambling prevention and treatment services in many forms.

Medication Assisted Therapy

Occasionally, medication is needed to assist in some patients’ therapy regimen. Prairie Ridge responsibly uses medications to help our patients manage their mental health alongside traditional individual and group therapy sessions.

Outpatient Mental Health Counseling & Therapy

Prairie Ridge prides itself on being a cornerstone mental health facility for our community. Counseling and therapy is our specialty and we are prepared to help our patients learn healthy methods and habits for managing their mental health.

Outpatient Psychiatry Services

Prairie Ridge provides assessments and ongoing psychiatry treatment services with both onsite and telehealth providers. Treatment is offered for children through geriatric patients. Services can be accessed via walk-in hours or by scheduling an appointment.

RENEW Program

The RENEW program helps individuals navigate the road to recovery from an episode of psychosis, including supportive efforts to function well at home, on the job, at school, and in the social world.

Trauma Therapy Services

Our mental health clinic offers specialized trauma therapy services designed to support individuals recovering from traumatic experiences. These services are provided by experienced therapists who utilize evidence-based approaches to help clients process and heal from trauma.
