Community Services

Our community mental health clinic provides a range of essential services designed to support and enhance the well-being of our community members. These include a welcoming drop-in center for immediate support and social connection, an on-site pharmacy for convenient access to medications, an integrated health home offering coordinated primary and mental health care, and comprehensive addiction prevention and education services to address and mitigate substance abuse and gambling issues.

Drop In Center

The drop-in center at our community mental health clinic offers a safe and supportive environment where patients can access immediate assistance, connect with peers, and engage in various therapeutic activities. It serves as a crucial resource for those in need of crisis intervention, social support, or a temporary respite, fostering a sense of community and reducing feelings of isolation.

On-Site Pharmacy

Making a separate stop to pick up medications can be a hassle. To make things easier for you, there’s a pharmacy right here at Prairie Ridge Integrated Behavioral Healthcare. You can get your medicine here whenever you visit.

Integrated Health Home

An Integrated Health Home (IHH) is not a building or specific place; rather it is an approach to providing care. The approach includes care coordination to identify any gaps in care and helps you get connected with the services at the right time.

Prevention & Education

Prairie Ridge offers a comprehensive addiction prevention and education program designed to address rising concerns of substance use and gambling. This program covers a broad spectrum of topics, including alcohol, marijuana, opiates, methamphetamine, synthetic drugs, and gambling.
