Kelly Grunhovd has been a dedicated member of the Prairie Ridge team since 2005. She began her career as a Prevention Specialist and has since served in a variety of roles spanning grants, clinical services, and leadership. Kelly holds a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling (2018) and a Master of Business Administration (2021). Bilingual in Spanish, she brings a culturally responsive approach to her work. Kelly is also a certified Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Change Leader, committed to fostering excellence and innovation across services.
