Tim provides maintenance duties that includes the extensive grounds and all  building maintenance.

Mark is the Information Technology Coordinator.  He is responsible for all aspects of IT as well as the Web Site.  He has experience with software,hardware and has worked in multiple business and factory office environments.

Lisa Johnson, Charles City office

Lisa provides receptionist and general support staff services.

Michele Eng, Mason City office

Michelle has a bachelor's degree and specializes in filling in where needed with transcription, reception and training new support staff.

Kim Miller, Mason City office

With over 20 years experience - Kim serves as the insurance and client accounts specialist.
